Dr. Anne Desrosiers, CEO: Dr. Anne attended the University of Pennsylvania and went on to earn her Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management from the New School, and her PhD in Education from Fordham University. Dr. Anne's professional commitment has been rooted in youth development, teaching, and education. She also served as President of the University of Pennsylvania's NYC Alumni Chapter, Penn NYC for 3 years after leading the cultural committee.  With travel to 57 countries, travel with students, and curating experiences in a variety of communities, Dr. Anne oversees the FBC's brand marketing/management, social media, and partnership development.

Jenira Duncan, COO: Jenira has worked her way through the ranks at S&P Global Inc. for 11 years working as a Financial Analyst with a focus on Data Management and Research Analysis before moving to compliance. Jenira is currently a Senior Analyst in Compliance & Control, after studying Accounting at Temple University. She also serves a part of the Black Organization for Leadership and Development Employee Resource Group and Women’s Initiative Network. As a world traveler and curator of experiences herself, Jenira oversees the finances of the Flatbush Bourgeoisie Club, manages operations, and member management.
